A reminder 2 hours before every shift — tap "I'm coming" or "I can't come".
Punch in at the gate inside the site's GPS fence, or by scanning the post's QR / NFC tag. Location is read only at that moment.
No phone? A supervisor punches the guard in by scanning the badge.
Call off a shift with 6 hours' notice so the agency can find cover; swap shifts.
Report incidents with photos — the agency is alerted at once.
