Last updated: 1 October 2026

HUND TEC Ltd. ("HundteC", "we"), 525 West 8th Avenue #627, Vancouver, BC, Canada, is responsible for the personal information we collect. We follow Canada's PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.

1. What we collect

  • Contact and lead forms (on this site, or lead forms on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google): your name, business name, phone number, email, city, type of business and what systems you use today.
  • Product accounts: the business information you enter to use HundteC products (menu, staff names and PIN roles, orders).
  • Website analytics and advertising cookies/pixels (for example the Meta Pixel and Google tag, when present): pages visited and ad interactions, used to measure ads and show relevant ones. You can block cookies in your browser.

2. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your request, book and run a demo, and provide the products you sign up for.
  • To send marketing (such as a newsletter) only if you have opted in. Every message includes who we are and an unsubscribe option, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Submitting a demo request is consent to be contacted about that request.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.

3. Sharing

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • Service providers process data for us (hosting, analytics, advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, payment and messaging providers). They may store data outside Canada; we share only what the service needs.

4. Storage, retention and your rights

  • Leads and account data are stored securely with access limited to people who need it.
  • We keep lead information while it is useful for the purpose you gave it, and delete it on request.
  • You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw marketing consent, or ask us to delete your information: info@hundtec.com or 604 750 6496.

5. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia. See also our Terms & Conditions.
